Abstract
Clear aligner therapy has become an integral part of any orthodontic practice thanks to the benefits it provides the patient, the practice and the practitioner. The field of Clear Aligner Therapy has seen massive enhancements and improvements over the past 10 years that have expanded the scope of its applicability to include more complex cases for adults as well as growing patients. During this workshop , Dr.Monteiro will share multiple cases from impactions, to full unit sagittal corrections for both adults and growing patients. Utilization of auxiliaries with such cases will also be highlighted.
Dr. Pedro Costa Monteiro is a highly skilled and experienced orthodontist, who has dedicated his career to helping his patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles. He received his DDS degree from Faculdade de Medicina Dentária Universidade do Porto, and his MSC in Orthodontics from ISCS-Norte Universidade do Porto.
Dr. Monteiro has been running a successful private practice limited to Orthodontics in Oporto, Portugal since 2002, where he has earned a reputation for his exceptional care and expertise in the field. He is a Vice-president of Portuguese Aligner Society (SPAD), an Invisalign Diamond Apex Provider, and an Invisalign Official Speaker, making him a leading expert in clear aligner therapy.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Monteiro is also the CEO of Master Aligner Online Academy and Growth Orthodontics, where he shares his knowledge and experience with other dental professionals. He is also an official speaker for Dental Monitoring, and has spoken at numerous conferences and events, both nationally and internationally.
