Comments
  • To correct the dental class II relationship, we distalised the upper molars to simultaneously correct the molar crossbite.
  • Class II elastics were used in all stages of the treatment to offer anchorage for upper distalisation and assistance of lower molar mesialisation.
  • We placed buttons on the lingual surfaces of teeth 1.4, 2.4, 3.7 and 4.7 after aligner 25 to help correct the rotation of teeth 1.4 and 2.4.
