- Invisalign Treatment Option: Invisalign Full

###### Number of aligners

- Maxillary: 27
- Mandibulary: 27

###### Aligner Wear time

- 10 days 

###### Retention

- Maxillary: Fixed/Bonded
- Mandibular: Fixed/Bonded

###### Results achieved

- Class I relationship achieved
- Functional canine guidance on both sides
- Posterior crossbite corrected
- Normal overjet and overbite achieved
- Overjet improved
- Midlines coincident
- Proper axial inclination of incisors
- Curve of Spee levelled
- Arch form improved
- All treatment goals were achieved case
- Harmonic arches were achieved

###### Comments

- IPR and Class II elastics for the canine class II correction
- Maxillary incisors derotation and retraction
- Oval arch form
- Upper molar expansion and optimised multi-plane attachments for lower second molar rotation were used for the resolution of the left posterior crossbite
