Comments

• To correct this malocclusion, we expanded the arches, corrected the Class 3 with mesialisation of the upper teeth and distalisation of the lower teeth, associated with lower IPR and the use of elastics, in addition to extruding the anterior upper and lower teeth, correcting the smile curve which was planned.
